The Shallows Grill is responsible for catering all events at the Southway Hotel & Conference Centre. Our facilities can accommodate up to 180 guests, offering a high level of personal service to handle all your needs. All details will be meticulously carried out by our professional and courteous staff to make your function a complete success and memorable event.
